Meals & Dietary Restrictions

For planning purposes and to avoid food waste, please select the meals you plan on attending.

Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, do you require specific aids or services? Disclosure of requests may necessitate contact from a member of the conference planning team should special accommodations need to be made.

REGISTRATION FEE - $175

All conference programming, onsite meals, continuous break service, and reception are included in the registration fee.

Please note - There is no partial day or guest registration fee option. Onsite registrations are not permitted.

REFUND/CANCELLATION FEES

The VCCS refund/cancellation policy applies and can be reviewed here.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Paying by Check: Select the "Check" from the payment option below to receive remittance instructions via email.

2. Paying by Credit Card*: Select the "Stripe" payment option below. Stripe is the official credit card processor for VCCS conferences.

*There will be a 2.9% credit card processing fee added to the registration fee upon check out.

FEE COLLECTION

VCCS Employees only:  No payment is due now. The business office at the System Office will collect registration fees in bulk directly from each community college/System Office department.

State Board members only: The registration fee is covered by the Chancellor's Office. No payment is due.
